Do I need to install anything?
No. Open wanbooks.com in Chrome on a computer or phone. You can add it to your home screen or desktop so it opens like any other app.
Does the Booker app work without internet?
Yes. Orders, recoveries and returns are saved on the phone and sent automatically when the connection comes back. Sending the same order twice never creates a duplicate.
Can I bring my data from my current software?
Yes. Wanbooks imports customers, suppliers, products, the chart of accounts and opening balances from Excel or CSV files, which most accounting software can export.
Will my salesmen see each other's customers?
In the Booker app each salesman sees only his own orders, collections and ledger. What office staff can do depends on the role you give them.
Is my data safe?
Each company's data is kept separate and is visible only to its own users. Posted records can't be changed silently, changes are logged, and you can download a full backup of your company whenever you like.
What do I need for printing?
Any printer. Invoices print on A4, A5 or thermal receipt paper, and can also be shared as a message on WhatsApp.
